How does billing work ?
Monthly service plans are billed in advance on the 1st of each month. Hourly services are invoiced at the end of the month and due upon receipt.
What is the onboarding process?
We'll start with a signed contract/engagement letter and I'll give you a welcome packet. Then we'll have a kickoff call to go over the details.
What is your cancellation policy ?
I understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and I will refund you the difference already paid.
I'm behind on my bookkeeping. Can you get me caught up?
Yes! I will review your records and work to help get you caught up. I will create a catch up plan and work with you to get the transaction records.
What documents do you need for onboarding?
Prior year tax returns for your business, business bank statements, your general ledger, invoices, receipts, etc. I will send you a welcome packet with a list of documents needed.
Are there any businesses that you don't support?
At the moment, I don't support non-US based companies. My focus is on bookkeeping, so customers with inventory, and large businesses are not a good fit at this point.
